Amy Broline Sims
Amy is a fourth-generation Austinite and Realtor. You could say real estate is in Amy’s DNA, beginning with her great-grandfather who bought and sold land in Austin when it was still a small town, to her grandfather who was a founding member of the Austin Board of Realtors® in the 1950s, to her mother who is an active real estate investor in the Austin market. It is her passion and also her profession. Prior to real estate, Amy worked as a management consultant for Accenture and later as a negotiation consultant. The art of masterful negotiation is one of Amy's specialties, and nothing pleases her more than devising a creative and winning strategy on behalf of her clients.
Amy brings invaluable local knowledge to her clients and she truly knows Austin inside and out. Her intuitive nature allows her to successfully match her client’s lifestyle and desires with the right neighborhood and property, saving them time and frustration. She is respected for her integrity, clear communication, and responsiveness, and has developed a reputation for “finding the impossible” - one of her specialties and favorite things about the process.
Amy and her fellow Austin-native husband, Jonathan, live in Northwest Hills with their three children. Amy is active in supporting the community through her involvement in Helping Hand Home for Children, and Women's Symphony League, and Christ Church of Austin. When she is not helping clients, Amy can be found at one of her children's events, walking the beautiful hills of Cat Mountain, relaxing with a cup of tea, or dining outside at one of Austin's local food treasures.
