Joyfield Farm is a 20 acre oasis created with a deep and clear intention rooted in health and connection. The spaces have been created to serve as more than just a respite from city life—it was built to welcome people to connect with themselves, each other, and nature, and to leave feeling better than when they arrived. Six large garden beds have been constructed and nurtured, producing more fruits and vegetables than one family is able to consume, allowing fresh organic produce to be shared with the community and friends. With an emphasis on health and well-being, Joyfield features a fully equipped gym, complete with a dedicated space for dance and yoga, a $10k+ water softener, filtration and reverse osmosis system for healthy clean water. A 6 person barrel sauna, a cold plunge, and a large saltwater pool with ozone filtration to minimize the use of chlorine and optimize health. Fresh water was imported to fill the pool when it was installed in 2022. Chickens, pigs and beehives allow for harvesting your own eggs, pork and honey.  A tremendous amount of love and mindful energy was put into the land making it challenging for the owners to highlight their favorite aspects of the farm. The space was built to be shared, and they have hosted many events, from pickleball and basketball tournaments to farm to table dinners, to group workouts and sauna cold plunge circuits...Their intention for the land is being fulfilled: it is certainly a space where people leave feeling better than when they arrived.

The home was thoughtfully renovated with comfort, functionality, and craftsmanship top of mind. Utilizing high quality materials and designer selections throughout the perfectly curated home.  Additional square footage was added to the main home (2 beds, 2 full baths + loft sleeping area) along with the pool, pickleball and basketball court, outdoor kitchen, expansive outdoor living areas, full outdoor bathroom, two cozy, light filled cabins with living areas and sleeping lofts for guests, or private offices.
